Joel Crohn, Ph.D.,is a clinical psychologist in private practice who specializes in couples and family therapy. He has researched, written, and lectured nationally to mental health professionals and general audiences about cross-cultural issues in love and work for over 25 years.
He is the author of Mixed Matches: How to Create Successful Interracial, Interethnic, and Interfaith Relationships, (Fawcett, 1995), the first popular book to explore the problems and possibilities of intimate intercultural relationships, and the co-author of "Beyond the Chupah: A Jewish Guide to Happy Marriages", a hands-on guide for enriching Jewish and interfaith relationships. His work has been featured frequently in the media, including the Leeza Show, The Love Chronicles (A&E), the San Francisco Chronicle, and The Today Show.
